need some info plz

hey everyone i just got a black 2005 mazda3 hatch and im lovin it. but i have a few questions for some changes or mods i want to do to it.

how do i get the low beam bulb out? ive tried twisting it both ways but still wont come out.

then where is the obdII port? (if i even have one)

and how do i take of the plastic cover on top of the engine?

tx to all and pics would be a big help.

1) there is a metal retaining spring. i think you push it in (push just above where the bulb is) , then to the right or left, then it swings out.
2) not 100% sure, but i would have to guess under the dash somewhere (driver's side)
3) just pull upwards.

OBD II is located on the driver's side under the dash where you have a little storage(?) place.

The port should have a little cover on it that just pops off so you can plug in.
