Mazda 3

So my three I love to death. first brand new car I ever bought. I have 46000 on it and the engine light comes on. Guy with the machine says it is the 0 two sensor. It gave off too lean and misfire codes also. So we replace the 0 two. Couple days later I'm filling up the gas go to start it up and it hesitates to start. Then the engine light comes on again. Take it back to the dealer and the say it is the purge control valve. My problem is my warr. is voided, so I'm freakin paying out of pocket for this crap. Plus I'm not the brightest star in the sky when it comes to this kind of stuff either. I mean is this stuff normal.

Help

when I owned my M3S it had a bad problem with pinging....it was most likely a bad egr, bad o2 sensor or bad purge control valve....so I'd say, yes. it's pretty common. Although my M3S only had 7500 miles on it when we sold it.
