Voskuil - So I take it the TPM was right and your tires needed some more air? Problem solved.

Seatbelt - On my Mazda3 with Manual tranny - I don't notice any audible warning unless I get in, fail to bucket up, put it in gear and THEN start rolling.

I do that sometimes if I stop to pick up the mail and then drive up to my house at low speed along my driveway. It sound when I first start out and then as I slow down and roll to a stop.
