First you'll need to actually install automatic climate control. Since the display doesn't work you can easily control temp, airflow speed and direction through the three handy dials located just below the radio...

You can also ignore the sarcasm if you have one of the European models that actually DO have automatic climate control. In that case I'd drag it back to the dealer.

I really wish they would offer that in the US. That, and for our USA owners, the auto wipers and auto lights. Lucky canadians.

Don't wanna gloat too much....but the auto wipers and lights are AWESOME! I don't worry about turning the lights on/off when getting in and out of the car.

But, I'm a little jealous of europeans getting the auto climate control...

Ugh. I've yet to find a climate control system that works better than my right hand and old-fashioned controls. And I can figure out when to turn on my lights and my wipers for myself. Auto controls for that are rich guy stuff that I don't need on a small, simple car. Sorry, my $.02.

True true

The auto wipers and stuff are not needed, BUT, they kick ***. As far as whether the auto air system works well my dad has a 97 mercedes and you never have to do anything in that car besides turn on the air. I don't know how good the system is on the 3 (doubt it will compare to mercedes ) but it would be nice.
