CAI and Hydro lock

Question CAI and Hydro lock

do they make some sort of water trap for the 07 mazda 3 you can put in the cai to prevent hydro lock???? rainy seasons coming...

Is that really necessary though? I mean really, how likely is it that you are going to submerge your entire air filter in water? I guess I'm just convinced that hydro lock is something very difficult to accomplish ... Am I right?

My car's pretty low. I'd say that my Injen filter is about 4 inches off the ground.
