Air Intake HELP!
Air Intake HELP!
Okay so i live in watergate Miami... so im not going to risk buying a CAI so i have to go for a short Ram intake. so my question is which are some good short Rams nd/or cheap efficient ones. Thanks
What kind of car do you have?
It really depends on the placement of the intake if you are using a SRI in relation to the placement of the engine.
Granted I will agree that SRI's do kind of suck in that they do pull in a lot of hot air but you may be able to avoid this depending on how much room you have in the front end of your car.
I own a 2009 Mazda 3 Sport Sedan. I do not have any sort of Aftermarket Intake yet but the factory intakes even seem to be similar to a CAI.
Personally, I am a huge fan of K and N products, it may just be me but I have never had an issue with them and they always seem to give me the best results.
Check them out and let us know!

05 mazda3 gt (im in canada) 2.3L. theres literally no room in the engine bay for a better placement on an sri. it would only fit where its actually gonna go - right next to the throttle body. my cai is right under my driver side headlight, well away from the engine bay. nice.
