I just bought my mazda speed 3 2012 with 71 miles and it wont stop grinding into all gears! Getting worse......helps i inshift out of each gear at 4000 rpm though..... But have to shift slow....lame!!!

Currently have it at the dealer for the next few hours.... I know it aint me i have been driving stick for 11 years!! Any other similar experiences? I wonder if it comes stock with crappy gear oil? Hmmm...

my friends speed 3 had the same problem, i cant remember what part of the clutch assembly it was, i think it was the throw out bearing but he ended up just replacing the clutch with a stage 2 and it hasnt had the problem since

Probably shift fork or shift linkage....possibly synchros. Actually it turns out I am just crazy because its been getting much smoother as the gears smooth out around the edges haha.
