08 Mazda 3 headlights and dash illumination

08 Mazda 3 headlights and dash illumination
I'm having issues with my mazda3 08
When the car turns on the headlights flicker on and off on their own, if I turn the headlights on then they stay on. The passenger light burned out so I replaced it and now about a week later the driver side burned out. Replaced with stock headlights.
Replaced battery checked all fuses as well
When driving the dash lights cluster and radio will flicker bright off bright.
Anyone have these issues or have any advice
Again new battery was replaced thinking that was issue.
