Hit a curb and need some advise
Hey guys and gals,
I hit a curb and messed pretty much my whole driver side suspension assembly. I bought new parts and changed shock, hub, lower control arm and driver side axle. Haven't changed steering arm.
The problem is that now the wheel is hard and doesn't return to center after turning and also the lights dim while turning.
I did the alignment, I guess results are ok - I am no car mechanic.
Any pointers to what can be a problem?
help is much appreciated!
PS Car is 2010 Mazda 3

Try jacking the front off the ground and steering. I'd guess the rack & pinion is bent, which would bind and not allow it to return to center properly & dim the lights from the electric power steering working too hard.
