So I raced it in nov and took second damn nov rules need to be paxed. Anyways I got beat by a s2000 with coilovers etc.. beat out a vet, wrx, turbo miata, porsche rsa, and a few others. Lots of body roll though I only wish I could some how get a hold of compassmotorsports so I could finally order a rear sway bar. Oh well Thought I would share a story with you guys. 1990 lx pro

I'll be up there for the National Tour the last weekend in July. I may make it to the BSCC event the Sunday before, depending on how the schedule pans out. It'd be great to see more Proteges racing.

My GF and I are definites for the NT. This will be our 5th consecutive time.

It helps that I have a friend who lives in the area (although not near Bremerton, but he's nice and close to Everett). If I could just get him to come out and play with either of his Mazdas. He has a '92 LX 5-speed and a '99 Miata. But he's afraid of wearing them out. Every year I come up to do routine maintenance (2x timing belts, CV boots, bunch of other stuff). This year I'm guessing I have to replace the thrust washers on the front struts.

For a pics of my car, here's the URLs. I would have posted them here, but they're all around 420k. http://www.subrew.com/library/el_tor...y/P3230023.JPG
This one's pretty cool. Also pre-camber plate. Work that front tire.

And gotta love Darryl's (Mazdaspeedwest) front lower tie-bar.

And here's one of my GF driving.

BTW, you can get a 3-month SCCA membership for About $25, or if you're under 26, you can join SpeedFreaks for $25 a year.
