ok in my confusion... i got kinda lost about the subject.

the regular light kit comes with the h-4 conversion...standard bulb...

the high output relay kit however... is this a permanent step?
if the high output kit is inplay can you still use regular h4 bulbs?

what is the difference between the high output relay kit and a
CATZ zeta kit for h4??

Relay Kits

Relay kits allow the use of higher wattage bulbs.
You can use lower wattage bulbs with the relay kits with no adverse effects - say you just have a 55W in the trunk and your headlight goes, that will get you to Canadian Tire or Pep Boys.

Difference between HID and 100W H4?
1. HID kits are illegal when retrofitted in non HID lights.
2. HID kits work better in projector lights, not reflector lights like these are.
3. Whiter light is better for vision than purplish light, so choose your HID kits wisely.
4. I've not had experience putting HID in a 323.

well you must be confused... CATZ zeta kits aren't HID.... you can't buy HID kits on the regular market anymore anyway...(they aren't my style to begin with.

the Zeta system is an amplifying relay system that somehow amps up teh bulbs making them brighter.( i think there is also a change of bulbs using this kit)

OOPs

I saw CATZ and thought HID.

I have no knowledge of any CATZ products or how they would work with the improved reflectors of European BF323 or BG323 headlamps.

Basically, by the time current makes it to the stock headlights, you are down to 11.5-12 volts, and the headlights will be brighter if you use relays to supply full alternator voltage (13.8-14.4).
