turbo 1.6 questions

im thinking about going turbo and i need to know,

if i go with an s-afc2 do i still need an adjustable fuel pressure regulator?

how big do the injectors need to be?(the turbo im going to use will be a T3)

are there any pre made manifolds with T3 flanges for the 1.6L?

can i ues a MSP radiator or should i go all out with the aluminum rad.?

(budget limited , however if you recommend aluminum the time to be finished
will be pushed back.)

thank you..................

for initial applications the stock rad is fine, there are no off the shelf T3 Manifolds..I Only know actually of Wagners T25 Manifold...the S-AFC is junk..wont work on the Mazda ECU...stock injectors will work at first but will crap out after about 6-8 lbs of boost especially on a T3....some injectors of a 2nd gen eclipse would be good, if you can get them to fit...may need a custom fuel rail

HiBoost turbo systems http://www.hiboost.com is in the process of releasing a kit for the 1.6 litre engine. On the dyno, they got 290 WHP on stock internals! Not sure if you would want to go that route, but I just thought I would put it out there...

on a side note, a t-3 wll be alittle big for the 1.6 i think, i run a t-25, and and have a fair bit of lag, as for injectors the eclipse injectors are prolly to big for just everyday driving im not sure what they are, but i think in the 400cc range, stock injectors **** out at like 4 psi, and get a rising rate adjustable fmu, if you want to somewhat tune your fuel.
