New car chip

Check this link out let me know what you guys think, will it work with our cars. They claim you can andvance timing as well.

Pretty freak'n sweet!!! Still just another scantool, but looks like it'd be easy to work with. Where do they claim you can advance timing? You may have read/heard it wrong. The CarChip E/X can monitor Timing Advance.

Here's a link to Davis' site: Davis | DriveRight - CarChip I wouldn't bother with the standard CarChip. The CarChip E/X looks more promising.

No need to hook up the laptop and have it flop around on the passenger seat. However, I do like monitoring things on the fly, like I do with AutoTap and the Alex Pepper Scan Tool. Although I shouldn't drive and stare at the laptop screen.

I was watching geek tv i mean tech tv last night, fresh gear to be exact they said you can preprogram the timing advance with the software it comes with.
