Just drove mine today. BEGI installed it this week. I couldn't be more pleased with the kit! I did have the kit ceramic coated and the tubing powdercoated myself in "black crome" rather than the "OEM" wrinkle coat black or red.

Reliable...reliable...reliable cast iron. Completely unlike the "custom" manifold and downpipe that failed at only 3500 miles! Huge cracks in the welds! Plus the regulator and fuel pump that are on the car are light years ahead of the others out there. Call Corky Bell at BEGI and let him tell you how he overcomes the full throttle ECU challenge.

Mine is on the way to me. I can't wait! WShade was the prototype. As a lot of you know my ride is in the shop getting the block bored, and new oversized pistons. Also, the rod bearings are getting replaced.

For pics and dyno runs, see http://www.fmprotege.com . It's a nice clean install. I haven't had the chance to see any other Protege turbos in person, so I can't really compare directly.
