Aftermarket BOV

If you get an aftermarket Bov how would you install it. i have noticed there are many different flanges. and would you need to adjust it for various levels of boost?

Check www.spool-turbo.com they have a few.

I think you just install it between the compressor and the intake manifold, and depending on the model you can adjust how rapidly it vents. I have heard a gentle sigh is best, but people like the crazy quick hiss. Don't think you need to adjust the boost, but correct me If I am wrong. Never worked with andaftermarket one, but the point is to prevent pressure surge from slowing or damaging the turbo when the throttle butterfly closes. So when you are running crazy boost, it will vent all of it out quickly after you lift the throttle..then close and repressurize.
