I apologize if this has been talked about already...3 days ago, bought my MP5 blue/stick/ABS/6CD/moonroof (my 5th car, my 3rd Mazda) and I've been inquiring about bike rack systems at the local bike/sporting goods stores...They said I had to buy a Q-tower (clips against the roof frame) and that Yakima doesn't design a rack system for the MP5 factory roof rack...I thought--"what a waste"...Has anybody experimented with Yakima's Locking Railrider towers on the MP5 factory roof rack anyways???...It looks like it'll fit...How close is the roof rack to Subaru's roof racks???...I've seen bike attachments atop Subaru roofs before...My maximum carrying load will be 60 lbs (2 bikes and accessories)...Anyways, any knowledge appreciated...
