Wings west kit w/o side markers?

I have an early P5 with the side marker closer to the head lights. Looking to get the wings west kit but then I'd lose the side marker. So is this necessary on the car? If so how much work is it to install another?

If you REALLY want sidemarkers, you can just move the bulbs up to the factory fender locations and drill holes, but they'll just be on steadily with the parking lamps and not blink like the newer P5's.

I say, just leave them off. You don't need them anyway and it looks WAY cleaner without.

Not really. I can't speak from experience, but I'm sure most cops won't notice. Maybe as a second offence if you get busted for something else, but I doubt you'll get pulled over solely for that.
