Can anyone recommend the best way to run the postive wire from the battery to an amp in a Protege5? Do you run it through the fire wall and to the inside or run it outside and bring it back in through the body? If you run it through the fire wall, is there a place already to do that ? Thanks!!!!

 

if you look in your engine bay, close to the washer fluid, you'll see a hole in the body, with a handful of wires running through it. Thats where i ran my power wire through.

you'll have to pull off the mud guard from the wheel well so you can feed the wire through to the cabin, and also get something sharp to punch through the big rubber grommet in the firewall.

That's how I ran mine. Sorry, no pics!
