Question What kind of paint is best for dash?

I have seen Protege owners with painted dashes around the gauges, radio, ac controls, and even some on the doors and by the parking brake and glove box. What paint works best? Any tips on making it look professionally done and not by an do it yourselfer? Thanks dudes and dudettes!

Michael

Did you sand the pieces before ? Also, did you put a clear coat after painting ?

Thanks

i didnt really sand it, i just painted right over. i didnt put a clear coat, but i think i should have. dupli color i believe also makes a clear coat, here's their web site so u can look at the colors and stuff, btw i also used dupli color's engine enamel for my calipers and drums. http://www.dupli-color.com
