Actually, both. The bulbs won't go into the housing correctly causing random beam patterns.

The bulbs are "dead on" filliment wise, though. He did a good job there.... it's the base that needs a bit of refinement.

I know a shop in LA that wants to install Hella HID H7's for $450.00. It is a good deal?? Thanks

If they fit correctly in the housing, and the beam pattern is good, then it's a fair deal. I paid $379 shipped, but my bulbs don't fit as good as I'd like.

I'd have them "test fit" a bulb, and check it out first hand before laying any $$$ down. Just my .02
