Anyone have a problem with the steering wheel in the 2002 Protege5 ,either cracking,fading,and/or peeling of the leather?.Especially on the bottom portion of the wheel?And if so would this be a warranty i.e poor materials/workmanship problem,and be replaceable ,seeing as my car is only 3 months old.

 

I have not had any problems what so ever.....but.....the things you describe should be covered....NO steering wheel shoudl start showing any signs of wear like that with in a year.
