I really like the pearl one as well, but in the interest of saving money I decided against it. It looks like those pictures are of a polished one and it looks really nice too.

If you get a chance to take some pics of your new **** (I know, I know...) can you post them. I want to see what it looks like, especially if you are using the stock boot.
you really should go with the pearl one if you want to match the interior of the protege. VooDoo's CEO, often refered to as voodoo bob, says you will really like it. it looks more like the satin finish one, but will not self polish over the years. (it has clear powder coat)

and, voodoo's reatailers all make about the same amount on the *****, which isn't much. if you consider that they sell for a mere $35, then take into acount materials, labor, and distribution, they are really just about breaking even.

I too was thinking about getting the Voodoo pearl **** after reading sooo much about that company on here. If someone could let me know how closely the **** matches their interior that would be great as I am trying to keep it very classy on the inside and a close fit/finish all around!

for the price of a momo, they should make them to fit the car, i hate those plastic sleeves. i'm eventually goin with a short shift and the leather mazdaspeed.(it doesnt have a sleeve right??)

Also, Those who do have a Voodoo shift ****....did you have to do any modification to get it to fit right with the boot or does it fit snug naturally. Let me know....they are so cheap compared to other shift ***** but look sooo nice.....

with the voodoo, i'm worried about not being able to touch it if the sun hits it for a while.

Question

pr5owner,

How do you like your Kartboy short shifter? How much did you pay for it, etc... (the basic questions )

I was thinking about getting one sometime during the winter when I have some money near Xmas time or something and was wondering how you liked it and everything! Thanks!
