I was wondering about aftermarket replacement gearshift boots. My shifter boot is long worn out, I was wondering what the options are on replacing it?

I replaced mine just last week because I was sick of the stock shifter boot. They are basically all universal, I got a nice black leather one. You just unscrew your hand-brake cover, then you can get access to unscrew the shifterboot cover plate. Take off your shirt ****, then just take off the whole unit. You'll see your shifter bar, I put a little lube in there since the panel was off at the time. Anyways, I'm rambling, I got mine at Canadian Tire, they are pretty much universal mate.
