I have had the car for 8 months and have always been comfortable in my seating position, but I was looking through the manual the other day and saw a diagram of the driver's side seat tilt **** that I hadn't noticed before. I don't have one in my 2002 LX. I do have the seatback and the seat movement adjustments. I'm just wondering which models have it. Obviously aside from those that have the power adjustable seat.

the ES, the P5, the MSP have the adjustable seat cushion....and I believe the MP3 did as well.

 

So does the LX. If Mr. Protege's doesn't have it, I suppose it's different in Canada.

 

Hmm..my LX has front to back, recline, and two ***** for seat bottom tilting.

 

That's odd. According to the manual, the **** is on the left hand side of the seat. Yet there is nothing on mine, nothing underneath that area either.

As for the power seats, I could have sworn I knew someone with a 1999 LX Touring (Canada again) who had a driver's side power seat.

 

I think you hit the nail on the head...just another one of those ODD CANADIAN things...
