Routeing wires to new speakers in door?

to those with pr5s that have bought aftermarket speakers and are amplied.I was wondering how you routed new wires from the amp to the speaker? did you have to drill holes?

right now i am deciding weather or not to buy a new amp, this is what i have already

Pioneer DEH6400 HU
Clarion 5x7 SRC5794 for the fronts
rear speakers are stock
dual Clarion 10" subs pwr by Clarion APX401.2

i want to get a Clarion APX401.4 amp for all my door speakers and also the Clarion SRR1684 6.5" speakers for my rear doors. but if its too difficult to to route new wires then i won't bother and will probably save the money for something else.

i was also wondering if it would sound ghetto with the less powerful clarion amp??? (APX201.2 running 2ch @ 2ohms, 2 speakers per ch in parrallel) the THD is MUCH higher at 2ohms but its not as bad as the shitty *** 5% THD from the deck
