removing door panels

I promise I did a search first guys, anyway, have a big dent on the driver side door and want to take the door panel off to try and bang it out from the inside. First, how do you do it.....like what points do I need to undo, and second, is it a hard, pain in the butt job or relativly easy, thanks a lot for any help.

Check out the how-to section. It has great directions on how to take the door panel off. It has pictures and everything.

If it's a 3rd Generation, follow the How To. I was nervous when installing speakers in the door, but it was surprisingly easy! Have you tried the toilet plunger trick on the dent? I don't know how acccessible to the outside of the metal is with all the plastic and crap behind the panel. Good luck.
