So there's 3 terminals for power, ground and remote-on (some amps just leave the 4th one as a dummy).
And there's 4 terminals for the speaker outs (I'm assuming u have a 2 ch amp), so +- for left ch and +- for right channel.
Now I assume that you have a single voice coil sub (since you said it's not dual). All you have to do is to connect the "+" from the sub to the "+" on the amp (use the left channel "+"). Then connect the "-" from the sub to the "-" on the amp (use the right channel "-").
This should work. This is again assuming that your amp can be bridged. Since you haven't told us the model number of your amp, that's all we can do. That's why you really need to answer the questions we ask.
