Rear driver's side Window.....

This is very weird though, I tried to put my back window down (driver side), and it wasn't goin no wheres... There electric ... at first, i thought it could be a fuse, but the other windows were working. I checked it anyway.. I got in the back and notice that the switch for it in the back wasnt there! I guess somebody broke it and didnt tell me ... the driver's switches dont work either for it , just works for the other 3? Anyone ever had this problem ? Any fix ?

Thanks in advance,
Earl

I wanted to add that i have a 91 lx......

sounds like the motor went bad, wires to the switch could be loose/cut or bad, switch could be messed up. Umm there could be a bunch of different problems.

open circuit?

If the switch is broken or actually missing, it could mean that you have an open circuit... that is... the electricity's normal path would be a big loop with three points - driver door, passenger door, and window. If the switch is broken or missing, then the electricty cannot make its full path.

I'd just like to add one thing... you're lucky it's stuck up, and not down...

Brubeck's right, you'll need a new switch to complete the circut

I am very lucky it's stuck with the window closed... hehe :^) , Thats what i thought though - that there was an open circut there..... I'll just go to the local junkyard and see if there is a similar switch ...

Thanks for the info...
