Well, I hadn't heard of them either until I saw Grim's install. They seem to come highly rated, inexpensive and small box design. IF you come up for the picnic, Foxy, then you can hear them.

altho the pre-order is over, the k-series drivers were going as follows:

10" - $95
12" - $100
15" - $105

um, for the positive feedback, sub design and overall company communication (cool guy to talk to), these were a steal! another pre-order for the a-series will be out around the end of this month.

foxy, y'know i'd give you my money, girl...but your pm box is always full so i can't get a hold of you!

If you got to the page that BlueLEDz list above, there is a list of what people are bringing. Basically, Burgers/Dogs, Chips, salads, etc. Picnic Food. I think someone had mentioned bringing some springrolls (Pingdum, I believe) I might be bringing some Jerk Chicken. There shoudl be plenty of food there. If you don't want to bring anything (Which I doubt you would, seeing how far away your are) you can just chip in a few $$ to help with the costs. If I remember correctly, you mentioned you had friedns up here, bring them along!

All state and City Parks DO NOT allow alcohol. Now, I am not recommending or condoning it, but you are adults and if you bring some, don't get caught.

thanks blue! i was just gonna build one with about 1.2cuft per chamber for a little more boom boom, even tho the subs only need about .8cuft or so? i'll ask my brother what he wants since it's going into his stang (after i play with it first!)

but i'll get back to you on some specs if you don't mind?

my brother's '92 notchback has very little room, so probably gonna go sealed. he should barely be able to squeeze in a box for 10's, top to bottom. the new k-series should be able to work in a small enclosure, but i'll ask ben (owner of e-designs) about that when the subs come in.

but i'll still check with you on some specs for other subs too if you got it. fusion, elemental, treo, adire shiva... starting a collection in my garage.

hehe, and i was just guesstimating. we're gonna have to measure and probably re-mount the amps somewhere out of the way, but yeah, 1.2 to maybe 1.5 total cuft for the two 10's.

i was looking at the previous specs you gave and was like "holy crap, 4.26cuft for two 10's???" but then i figured you may have entered bigger subs into the program... and i was right!

2 for 2 so far, i think i'm gonna have a good day today...

Just thought I would chime in here. Never thought I would buy a speaker without hearing it first, but my 12" e-design k series sub sits here waiting for the rest of my system to be installed with it. I'll be sure to post pictures and opinions of it when I get it put in. Just looking at it, it appears to be very well built. Looking forward to hearing it in my complete system.
