molding urethane

Hi! I am just wondering if you have the pictures of the lip, maybe I can help. About 'abs', it is too brittle to mend, it will crack under duress. Fibreglass would be a better option for modification.

did you get any pictures taken of that thing yet? i am interested in knowing how it actually fits against the bumper with no modification done to it. if possible, could you get some close-ups of the parts that don't exactly fit right?
thanks man.

Sorry to hear about your lip. Another lip I can recommend is from '2000 Acura TL' by Wings-West (urethane). A friend of mine ordered the kit for his TL and tried on my '2000 Protege' and the lip fit really nice around the corners. But few inches need to be removed from the centre portion. The side skirts have similar attachments but still need few inches of removal at centre portion. The rear lip would also need to be modified at 3 spots, at 2 ends and at centre portion. This was my second option if my scrap-yard stuff didn't work out. The '2000 Acura TL' lip has about 1" to 1 1/2" drop from the underside of bumper, this would be the same as '2000 Protege' bumper. The lip is not aggressive, but has a nice clean look to it.
