MazdaSpeed FRONT badge?
At the Kent meet a few weeks ago, I noticed that the front Mazda grille emblem on the MazdaSpeed Pro is SILVER. It's not chrome, like the rest of ours.
I hated the chrome on my P5, so I painted it gunmetal, then black - but with the NY dirty roads (Days of the New pun there - in case anyone gets that
) - it is constantly getting chipped and pitted from sand and junk. I am going to have to keep painting it every couple months, or forget about the color change.
Anyone know if I can order just the MSpeed silver front emblem from a dealer - or maybe online somewhere? Cost?

The MSP emblem should last you awhile. The old MP3's had them too. Just get your parts guy to look for the "satin finish" badges in the Mazdaspeed catalog.
You can get the satin finish rear badge as well, but it won't be a Protege5 badge. It's just Protege. It'll still work!
