How do you replace the leather bag for you shifter?

How do you replace the leather bag for you shifter?
I have a 2002 pro5
How do you replace the leather bag for you shifter?
i just bought a red one and i dont want to ruin anything how do u do it properly does anybody know?

Snap off the cover for the handbrake.
Snap off the cover for the shifter.
Remove screws attached to the shifter boot.
Install the new boot and reattach all screws and covers...
