Angry horn troubles

I have 2 horns on my 98lx steering wheel. Right now when you press them they only make a clicking sound. How do you go about fixing them. I know there are 3 hex nuts on the steering wheel. What size hex wrench do you need. I think maybe the pads underneath are worn. Any suggestions?

If you hear clicking you might actually wanna go check at the horn itself under your hood. I'd say more likely than not you've got a wiring problem somewhere between.
