Its all about how they are angled and installed, if its done right, you'll have no problems. He's gone thru several roadchecks, with no problems.

But I do UNDERSTAND where you are coming from. There are a lot of people out there who DO NOT know how to install, and that is the KEY point here. If they are installed properly, there should be no problems.
I was driving infront of the owner with the HID lights, and it was raining (which makes light glare more easily of the roads) and I had NO problems with blinding. Hell I get more blinding from damn S2000's, and X5's than I did from his car.
