ok when i decide when im going to buy the new HU, i need to buy a kit for the DIN opening and all that. i plan to get it from http://www.bestkits.com

i'm jus confused with the fact that i have to get the kit and a wiring harness?? do i need a wiring harness? or do i just need the DIN kit? thanks a lot

 

you need the wiring harness, i believe the din kit is only the pocket underneath, but I may be wrong. But I am almost positive the din kit doesn't come with the wiring harness.

 

the wiring harness will allow you to simply plug your new HU directly to the wires already in the car. keeps you from having to cut and splice a lot. hope this helps...OBTW what HU are you going to get?? Later
