Guages, Meters, and placemet
I am working toward my turbo thanks to the help from you active members in this fourm.
Now I want to know where some of you have your A/F, Turbo timers (if you have one), boost gage, RPM meter, oil pressure, or whatever.
Pictures are encouraged and if anyone can suggest certain brands or manufacturers for the guages please do so, as we all learn from each others experience, or mistakes as it may have been.

Please move this post if I ahve incorrectly posted it here.

lets see what you guys have to share ?

I recommend autometer guages, they offer several styles to choose from. With a turbo charged vehicle I recommend atleast two very important guages: Boost and EGT. These two are critical for tuning.
As far as placement goes: I've always liked the pillar pods, but as time has gone on I feel that the look of my eclipse (stickers, guage pods, lowered) got me in a lot of trouble with the po po. Well, not more trouble, the trouble I found myself, but they tend to treat you more like a punk *** kid...maybe its not true, but it felt that way, so now I tend towards steering column pods and places that are in my view but not easily from another car on the road.

I like the analog guages and think they go well in any aplication, but I was also looking into some digital guages that would be slightly more accurate, like the apexi rev meter, and there is supposed to be one from blitz to do a/f universal, not sure about that though.
what about placement of the guages ?
got any pics ?
