Question film

so i've been checking out some sites, getting ideas for some easy and cheap interior mods. at several sites i found this film that comes in different colors as well as carbon fiber, wood grain, etc.

has any one else seen this, or even better tried it? it seems a little too good to be true. they say its very easy to install, but easy compared to what?

any help would be appreciated.

The company I used to work for sold that stuff. It looks good from far away, but it's pretty cheesy up close. The carbon fiber film is basically a silver checkerboard pattern on a black background, it doesn't look real at all. It's peel-n-stick, so it shouldn't be too hard to install. I've tested it out on various surfaces, and they do last quite a while. It just depends on what you want to use it on. It looks good on flat surfaces, but don't try to bend it around corners, it's fairly thick, and won't look good.
