Thumbs up faster if front wheels are hub caps?

i have seen people having stock hub cap front wheels and 15or 16 or 17 wheels on the back. does this really make a difference in performance and speed?

No, I think they are going for the "drag" look..like they have slicks on the front or something. I can never understand this. Either that or they can only afford two wheels (or only stole two)...

Yeah, it's either for the 'drag' look, or they don't wanna wear down their nice tires when they do peelouts or something. Either way, I think it's kinda stupid to be driving around all the time with it like that.

I saw some guy yesturday with a Jeep Cherokee. The back wheels were sticking out about 5 inch more then the front. It looked pretty stupid, even worse than all (4) wheels sticking out. What do they call this when they offset the wheels like this? I remember is was the "in" thing to do back in the mid-90s.
