dynamat alternative

i ran across a product called Fatmat claiming to be a more resonable alternative to dynamat. Has anyone heard or used this product? their products are priced 1/4 the cost of the competition.
100 sqr. ft for $125 with shipping includes utility knife and roller

I have used B-Quiet Brownbread (http://www.b-quiet.com/) in my car and I'm very satisfied, but according to this discussion (http://www.canadiancaraudio.com/cgi/...=006013#000000), it seems that Fatmat is as good and cheaper. I'm not a specialist at all, but just make sure about its thickness and 'stickyness' (sorry if it's not the good english word...)

I used some stuff my audio shop recomended. It's called V2, I think it was something liek $20 / 20 sqft.

It's really thin, like 2mm thin but worked pretty well.

From edead'sebsite:
V.2 Overview - 60mils :
Our V.2 is our thicker deadening solution. eDead V.2 features more mass for more weight where it matters. eDead V.2 also features a extremely adhesive backing just like V.1. V.2 features a backing designed to be more porous and offer extreme bondability between layers. All of this is what makes eDead v.2 a great option for where mass is needed. We recommend the V.2 installation for use in doors, and flooring. Not for installation in direct sunlight
