Talking copy cat...kind of

well, i had some free time the other morning, and in thinking about this thread painting i decided to do a little paint work.

in case you can't tell, i painted my key fob to match my emblems:



if i ever get a round tuit, i will paint the center radio/ac console to match this color and the shifter surround, also.

do you guys think that from constant use the paint would wear off the fob?? I find my fob gets knocked around and rubs up against a ton of stuff.. I'd love to paint mine to match, but if it was gonna come off before too long I don't think i would..

That is why I used a couple of good coats of clear on mine. They seem to be holding up pretty well so far. And if it does come off eventually, I can just repaint them!
