what do you mean by kit?
the mechanism that opens the doors?
body work is what you should be worried about ........... take it to a local shop and have them quote you a price if you can't do it yourself.

My friend had his shaved on his integra . It works by remote. 'True' keyless entry.
But...incase you lose your remote or in runs out of batteries, you have to have a lock button hidden somewhere on the car. His was hidden underneath the right rear fender.
I wouldn't recommend doing it unless you rarely drive it. Cause if someone finds out where your hidden switch is, they can easily get into your car with no problem.

But he sold his integra and got a Protege. He didn't do it to his protege though. He's just starting to fix it up.
