i wont be able to give a step by step thing on this, this was the first time and hopefully the last time doin this...this was very difficult...basically all i did was take the bumper off, take off headlights, bake em, pry open, unscrew the chrome part and paint, then put back together...i was about to put everything back together when i was having a tough time with lights after baking em, but i realized i was already too far in the process to quit and not do them at all...

I personally think fully blacked out headlights are stupid and ricey, but those look NICE, especially with the red.

First off, that's one of the nicest P5's I've seen, super nice job.....I'm jealous. I like the headlights a lot, but are you going to smoke out the fog lights too, they kinda stand out a little?

i was thinkin of that but the only way i would smoke is by using tint spray and it would dim the output of the fog lights...thanks for the compliments

HElla black magic fogs?

I was looking at the pic thinking the same about the foglights standing out, then I remembered the Hell Black Magic Foglights I saw like 5 yrs ago that i would've put on my honda if I could find the room. Basically the lens is clear, and the reflector surface is like a blackened mirror finish. I'm thinking they're fairly similar in dimensions to the stock P5 ones. It'd look pretty damn mean with the black painted housings.
Just a thought. I'm not sure if I want to go as far as painting mine, but if I did, I'd definately be looking for theose black magic fogs. I'd assume they're fairly simple to retrofit...

I found some of those Hella Black Magic fogs - damn would they look SWEET.

But I think they are too large - 7-3/8" diameter.

Here's a link - I found them other places, but they were all the same: http://www.tirerack.com/accessories/...blackmagic.jsp

Could a 7"+ light fit in the bumper?
