It should be easily buffed out. I don't like taking a power polisher to my car, but I work at a Chevy dealership, and I'm always chillin' with the guys in PDI. They use this great stuff called Lustreshine (a $200 option on new vehicles) and it does wonders. See about taking it down to a GM dealer and ask them for Lustreshine. I guarantee you that your entire car will look better than it did from the factory.
