That's made by some german bodykit company, it's called parkfeifer or something like that.

holy crap!
i like the hood! but it doens't look like the hole placements are useful right? in terms of cooling and stuff cause the air intake isn't there....

the squarish flog lights will fit im pretty sure, if no some aftermarket ones you can use, jus use your stock foglight wireing harness.

the new 2003.5 Mazdaspeed proteges dont have foglights and look badass!
