SSRMP3

i got this problem with my mp3... when i take off from the light normally..... i hear a noise coming from the front like it's doing "wheel hop" and whenever i go over speedbumps i hear a noise in the rear suspension like the bushings or bump stops are bad.... but the car only has 19000 miles on it... does anyone else have problems like these???

I had that problem on an old Corolla... turned out the front struts were bad. Had to replace them, and that fixed the problem.

Also had a similar problem on my Pro, and had to replace the rear struts. The problem on the Pro also went away.

So, it could be the struts... a trip to the dealer probably wouldn´t hurt.

There has been a TSB issued for rear suspension noise on the MP3 caused by the rear swaybar bushings. Check the TSB section of the FAQ before you jump to conclusions about your rear struts.

Could you give me more description of the "noise coming from the front like it's doing wheel hop"? I don't associate wheel hop with noise, I associate it with violent front-end vibration.
