sway bars?

Adjustable end links
Ok here is a question. Can the adjustable end link be use to corner weighting or some preloading the car? If so, how will it affect the rest of the suspension?

Do I need adjustable endlinks to put the Mp3 rear sway bar on? Can I use the stock ones? What else would I need to install the sway bar?
