Thumbs down Speedpeople.com= not good

I ordered springs from Speedpeople.com on April 25th and I've called them three times trying to get some sort of tracking # for the shippment. The first two times I called they told me they couldn't give me a tracking #, but my springs would be in the next week. Needless to say the next week would com and go with no springs. This happened for three weeks. I just called them because the last time I talked to them they said that the springs were scheduled to be delivered today. Well...no springs today, so I call them back to find out what is going on. The guy I talk to today says that the springs are on backorder and they won't be in until the middle of this week. I completely understand what backorders are and i can accept that as a viable excuse. What I'm having trouble excepting is the fact that they have given me the run around for almost a month now. Thats bad business and I'll be happy when I get my springs because i will never need to deal with them again. I'm not going to tell everyone to boycott them. Just form your own opinions and beware. These guys are very slack on customer service.

I ordered my muffler through them about a year ago and it was in front of my door in 4 days. This is a universal product though and that might've been the difference. Why don't you just cancell the order and get the springs from somewhere else. With the way it's going......who knows when you'll get them from them. Might as well order them from someplace else.

Yeah you should probably go with what the other two guys said and have your money refunded.

BTW, what kinda springs are you going for?
