Rear Disc Brake Squeak/Noise from salt

I had squesking coming from the rear disc brakes, so I brought in in to the dealer for an oil change, and got them to check it out. They said that salt from last winter was making the pads stick, and that the sliders/pins needed to be lubricated.

The noise went away for about 1500km, but it's back now. So I called the dealer, and he said that this was a local problem (I'm from Ottawa, Canada where the salt flows freely in the winter).

Can someone give me an idea of what's involved in lubricating the sliders/pins? I hear that brakes are stupid easy, so I figure that if this is going to be an ongoing issue with the brakes I had better figure out how to do it myself.

Thanks!

Andrew
