just align the tires, lowering your car will put your camber off anyways. no kit is needed.

No camber kit needed for that much of a drop...but the tires will wear slightly more on the inside. Hardly noticeable, unless you are really picky.
Alignment is a must!

ya i think alighmen is a must, and it will be done tomorow,

jonesboy just installed Tein S-tech springs on his stock struts. I'll ask him if he's noticing any tire wear problems. Ususaly the rule is you don't need a camber kit for anything under 2" of drop. Your friend may have some sagging old struts though that are causing the car to drop more than expected.

struts=sag??

How on God's green earth can the condition of shocks have anything to do with sag RP? Springs are what hold the car up and control sag, shocks control the springs. You could have shocks with no oil and the sag would be the same.

the unusual tire wear is a severe toe problem in the front. an alignment to zero out the toe will be most beneficial. as for his tires, if they are worn beyond the wear bars, mind as well get new tires. it's not safe to ride on that kind of tire. good luck!
