Are My Brakes Gone For Shit?
#17
Ok Edwin, quick question. I need some help supporting my case. My car has 21,000 Km and I've had it for a year plus 2 weeks. My warantee on brakes is gone at 20,000 / 12 months... So, if it's this close, can I find some kind of loophole to get Mazda to replace them under warantee? I did phone at one point, so I was thinking that I'll tell them I phoned, but the tech said to keep an eye on them for awhile, and if it persists, to come in. I could just say that I waited awhile, and since it persisted, I came in... Would that work? I need some ideas!

I doubt you'll have to worry about that. 1000km out they'll replace them just in the interests of customer satisfaction.
It's of no cost to the dealer so usually they aren't worried.

I dont go back to Kumho and tell them to give me a new set of Victoracers when i cord a set in 7 races.

By now you've probably put another 1000 on it.
